    Polished aluminium body with stainless steel hopper - stainless steel grinding unit completely removable -ø 56 mm meat inlet - oiled gear motor - enterprise system with stainless steel plate (ø 6 mm holes) and self-sharpening stainless steel knife supplied. The grater part features are: Polished aluminium inlet – stainless steel roller – lower protection grid – grater lever micro switch. Optional: Unger system for very fine grinding (i.e.: German sausages) - reverse. Accessories: drilled plates and knives - ø 10mm / 20mm / 30mm sausage funnels.
